That’s definitely annoying and I’ve been there. But their long term values are too good to do anything about it. Just going to have hustle early in the year until they get back (and Langford seems like he shouldn’t miss any time, but we know obliques can be funny sometimes, so who knows)

Thanks! I think part of my hesitation is starting the year with him hurt and also Acuña hurt; he’s another keeper. But it is what it is. I just hope either player doesn’t have lingering issues all year.

Thanks, Charlie! I have zero worry about Langford. They did label it “minor,” so hopefully it’s not a big deal. And even if it is more than minor, long term, he is worth the short term to be able to keep him for his career. He’s a keep no matter waht

Keep up the great work! So Langford is being shut down for 5-7 days due to a strained oblique. Bochy says he’ll be ready for opening day but who knows if that’s just coach speak. Are you worried about Langford this year bc of this? I have 2 weeks to declare him as a keeper or not and now I’m not sure how to feel about keeping him now that this injury just happened. Thanks!
